StarConferencing.com has taken a very simple approach to the pricing of its services. Similar to a cellular phone plan, you pay a monthly fee of $19.99 per account which includes 500 minutes of conference calls using toll or toll free access numbers. If you should use more than 500 minutes you will only be charged 3.9 cents per minute per participant.

How are your minutes calculated?

Conferencing minutes are calculated by adding the total time of all participants together. For example:

First 500 minutes: A conference call with four people for one hour is 240 conference call minutes. You would have 260 minutes left for the month before being charged for any additional usage over 500 minutes.

Over 500 minutes: A conference call with four people for one hour is a total of 240 conference call minutes.
(4 participants x 60 minutes = 240 conferencing minutes) You would be charged 3.9¢ x 240 = $9.36

The monthly access fee of $19.99 provides you with 500 minutes of conference call service. That's only 3.9 cents per minute per participant! If you and your guests use the Toll Free Dial In access you will avoid any long distance charges from your carrier. As Host of your conference calls you can also dial out to participants after you have joined the conference at the same low rate.

Please note:
You may cancel at any time, however, the monthly fee of $19.99, which includes 500 minutes will be automatically charged to the credit card on file regardless of the number of minutes used. Charges will be applied each month the account is active, including the month cancelled.

Digitally record your conference call, at No Additional Cost, with the click of a button. From your conference, the Host dials *22 from the telephone keypad to record. Once your conference is completed, you will receive an email with the dial in information and passcode for the recorded conference, along with the end date to access your recording. Digital Playback will be saved for 30 days after your conference call finishes. Guests are responsible for their long distance carrier phone charges when using the Direct Dial-In number.

CD recordings of your conference calls  are available following your conference call event. You first must record your conference using the Host Feature *22 and then order the CD by logging in to your account and accessing the reservation details of your conference. CD recordings are available for 30 days after your conference call. MP3, WAV and WMA formats are also available.
