Local Dial In or Toll Free Access Conference Call
Provide Guests with either or both the Local Dial In and Toll Free Dial In Access number. Both Guests and Hosts simply dial the access number and enter the passcode to join the conference call. (The conference begins only when the Host joins the conference -- guests remain on hold until that time.) Guests accessing the conference call via the Local Dial In access number will pay long distance access charges to their carrier. International callers may join conferences using Local Dial In access numbers.
Free Post-Conference Reports
Immediately following the conference call, the Host will receive an email detailing the call activity. These complimentary reports are automatically sent after each call.
Reports include the following useful information:
- Total conference minutes used
- Phone number of each attendee (outbound number used to access the conference)
- Connection and disconnection times for each party.
In addition, CD recordings of each call are available for purchase (see below).
Host Dial Out Conference Call
As Host, you can dial in to the conference call using either the Local Dial In Access number or the Toll Free Dial In Access number and then dial out to participants within the United States using the Conference Controls (*95) accessible with touch tone commands.
Digital Replay Service
You can record your conference for replay using the Conference Controls (*22) accessible with touch tone commands. At the completion of your conference you will receive an email that contains the information necessary to access the recording. The recording is kept for thirty (30) days following the conference call. You can also order a CD recording of your conference call when it has been completed.
CD Recording
A CD recording of your conference is available following your conference call. You must first record your conference using the Host Feature *22 and then order the CD by logging in to your account and accessing the details of your conference.
