Did you know that you can View your Invoice by simply logging into your account and visiting the Online Billing Center? It's easy! Here are some simple steps to get you on your way:
- Login to your account and click on Online Billing Center on the left-hand side.
- Click on Downloads and Select a Billing Period from the drop down menu or select the Reports button to customize the date range for your data.
- Click on Select Date Range and View Type, then Choose View Type to sort "By User" or "All Users".
- Click on Conference, and Select a Specific Call for more detail.

Don't let valuable information from your conference call be lost for good. With our Digital Record feature, a simple touch of a button allows you to record your conference and then listen to it for 30 days after your meeting occurs at an affordable rate per call. The host dials *22 from the telephone keypad at the start of the conference call. Once the conference is completed, the host will receive an email with the dial-in information and passcode needed to retrieve the digital recording. That's all there is to it!
After you record your conference, be sure to order the CD by logging in to your account and accessing the reservation details of your conference by clicking on the host code. CD recordings are available for 30 days after your conference call. You can also choose the format of your recording at no additional cost. Choose from WAV file, MP3, WMA, or Audio CD. Log in to your account anytime to order a CD.
