- Q: What does the service cost?
A: The service is billed at a monthly rate of $19.99 per account which includes 500 minutes of Toll Free or Toll access. If you should use more than 500 minutes in a month you will be charged 3.9 cents/min per participant after that.
- Q: Is there a limit to the number of conference calls I can hold?
A: No, you can hold as many conferences per month as you like.
- Q: What if I join the service in the middle of the month. Do I pay the full monthly fee of $19.99?
A: Yes, since the charge of $19.99 includes 500 minutes of conferencing, it does not matter when you join the service. You will be charged $19.99 for the month plus any charges for additional minutes and services.
- Q: Am I billed monthly whether I use the service or not?
A: Yes, our monthly service fee of $19.99 is billed monthly as long as your account is active.
- Q: If I cancel my service will I be billed for that month?
A: Yes, the monthly fee of $19.99 will be charged for the month you cancel your service. At the end of the month you will be billed the monthly fee and any Dial In access charges in excess of 500 minutes for the month.
- Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, you can cancel your account at any time.
